There is no higher priority to our Triad Bank team than the safety of our clients and employees. Considering recent developments with respect to COVID-19, Coronavirus, we are implementing additional precautionary measures to protect our community. I want to insure you that Triad Bank is OPEN, however, we are modifying how we serve you.
Per our Pandemic Plan, we have closed the bank lobby effective March 17, 2020. We will process your transactions via our drive-up facility. We ask that any person who could have been exposed or who is experiencing symptoms of a COVID-19 infection, refrain from visiting Triad. If you should need cash our ATM is open 24 hours a day and Triad Bank will reimburse fees you are charged when utilizing non-Triad ATM’s. In addition, please utilize our on-line and mobile banking to manage your relationship with Triad. As always, our team is available via phone 314-993-4333 and by e-mail customerservice@triadbanking.com to assist you with transactions or if you need help utilizing our services during standard business hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30AM CST-5PM CST. If you need to meet in person, please call to make an appointment. Once again, we are OPEN and ready to serve your needs.
Our team will continue to diligently monitor the guidelines of our local and federal government, and the impact on our community in support of your safety.
